1. Computers, Laptops, Parts & Hardware

No Refunds & Returns

All computers, laptops, parts, and hardware products are sold as-is with no refunds or returns permitted after purchase.

Warranty: All hardware products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty only. Any warranty claims must be directed to the original equipment manufacturer (OEM). Kenmark ITan Solutions does not provide additional warranty coverage on hardware items.

2. Domain Names

No Refunds

Domain registration fees are non-refundable once the domain has been registered with the appropriate domain registry. Domain names are considered registered at the time the registry confirms the transaction, which is typically immediate. Please ensure your domain choice is correct before completing your purchase.

3. Web Hosting Services

Refund within 30 Days

Hosting services are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date if you experience:

  • Significant downtime affecting your website's availability
  • Persistent performance issues that impact user experience
  • Service levels that do not meet the promised specifications

After 30 Days: No refunds will be issued for hosting fees after the 30-day window. However, you may cancel future recurring billing at any time to prevent charges for subsequent periods.

Prorated Refunds: In cases where service is discontinued due to violations of our Terms of Service, no refunds will be provided.

4. Web Development & IT Services

No Refunds on Completed Work

All web development, mobile app development, eCommerce solutions, ERP systems, and other custom IT services are non-refundable once the project has been delivered or work has been completed.

Why No Refunds? Development services involve significant time, resources, and expertise invested in creating custom solutions tailored to your requirements. Once the deliverables have been provided, we cannot recoup the costs associated with the work performed.

Project Satisfaction: We work closely with clients throughout the development process to ensure satisfaction. Revisions and adjustments are made during the project lifecycle. Before requesting development services, please ensure you have a clear understanding of your requirements.
